Privacy & Confidentiality
All Telehealth consults are conducted through our practice management software program- Cliniko, and using Zoom Video Communications. The link that will be provided to you is unique and password protected.

 

Payment
Payment for Telehealth consultations is required on the day of your appointment. This can be made via bank transfer or over the phone before or after the consultation. A tax receipt will be provided following the consultation.

 

What can you expect from your Telehealth appointment?

Your practitioner will take a detailed case history and may ask you to perform active movements to develop a working diagnosis of your complaint. When appropriate, you may be provided with pain management advice and self-treatment techniques including: stretching, soft tissue release techniques, active exercise strategies, postural advice, exercise rehab, strength and conditioning exercises and work ergonomic advice. Referrals for medial imaging, or further medial specialist advice may also be recommended.
